[cap-talk] Some good advice for disruptive technologies

When Trojans start  making mobile phone bot  nets with 10M+ devices people
wont need much convincing.  You will either get  locked phones with
certified only apps (or it wont work on the network) or capabilities. The
current situation makeshift situation of patching and of virus checking
/scanning will only get worse .
