It may be that someone reading the list hit the revocation button, and
that is how it wound up gone.

In practical usage, it is often useful to allow the holder of an
authority to revoke his own authority, and this application was designed
to support that. In the cap-talk situation where we have a couple
thousand people receiving the webkey and weak incentives to support the
group interest, it enables a sociological failure.

If this one shows up "gone", email me privately and I'll send you your
very own personal authority on my server :-)
