but std misconceptions have already been raised and I don't have the time
to answer. Can someone please engage with this? This is an important
community to convince, and no opposing ideas have yet become entrenched.

Our Web API uses a form of capability security. It's still evolving,
but I've written about what we've done thus far here:

We'd love to hear from the Node community as to what they think of
this approach.
