CritMail should add to this a link into the message containing my previous
answer, which in turn links (by quoting) to Ping's query when he hit the
same bug. (No need to actually bother following these links in this case,
they contain no further information.)
In any case, in the upcoming release, which should happen later today,
Vector.updoc will be repaired. Sorry for the frustration.
