Cryptix/java.security

Regrettably, the cryptix API is essentially unrelated to the
java.security API.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it in the ECID release if it's on a short 
fuse.  MarkM and I were trying to ensure that E would go up without
complication on Linux boxes.
