Another Bernstein success on the way up to the Supreme Court!

"The government's efforts to maintain tight regulation over encryption 
technology received a severe blow Thursday, as a U.S. Appeals Court ruled 
that source code is protected by the First Amendment."



While Sun keeps control of the "Java" trademark, it's rapidly loosing 
control over the Java standard.  Fucking over the ISO didn't help.
