Install: E Install doesn't. Thought you might like to know.

I'm running Windows 98. I pulled down tl-E-dist-current.zip today.

It unpacks OK into C:\erights.org. Setup.pif looks and acts like a regular
shortcut; i.e. right clicking on it doesn't produce a menu that includes
"install". Properties says it's supposed to execute Setup.bat.
OK, so I double click on it.

The new erights.org entry doesn't appear in my Start/Programs menu.
e.bat doesn't wind up in c:\windows\command.
In fact, nothing seems to happen.

Somehow the batch file doesn't appear to be executing.
