I don't like this definition because it excludes both e-speak DR 3.0 and
Beta 2.2 capabilities.  The former contains a reference to the object.
However, this reference is not usable as a handle to invoke the object.  In
e-speak Beta 2.2, the capability doesn't even point to the object; the
object points to the capability.
