Yea, I understand. At least for me, the biggest concern about E is that
markm just can't get enough free mindspace to plow through and complete
persistence, so that it is a fully fledged language.
BTW, on the immutables issue, remember that the first thing Java programmers
learning E will use is the Java util collections. For Ppooko, the whole
immutables discussion is a side-issue. Programmers will only move to the
immutables when they find it meets their needs better--which they will learn
in the course of writing secure and distributed systems (or, for the lucky
few who get enthusiastic enough reading Walnut, they can learn it from our
experiences :-).
