I have gathered the data, and I do need to focus my efforts on reviving 
CapTP.  (The module formerly known as "proxy comm" or "object pluribus".)  
I'll go ahead and finish some unsent email to complete the operator to 
expansion names proposals, but for now I'll be very incomplete on the 
proposed meanings of these operators.

Once CapTP is done and 0.8.10 is released, the Hydro issues as the first 
step to persistence will be my top priority.
