[E-Lang] onTheAir linux 1.4 beta jvm

Bill, markm,

It is premature to be worried about this, but the linux 1.4 beta jvm usually
falls silently into a black hole when it tries to do introducer onTheAir. I
hypothesize this is because it is doing something funky with E's attempts to
collect some entropy.

Presumably they will fix whatever is the problem on the way to a production
1.4, but I thought I'd let you both know (and others on e-lang if someone
else is trying to use 1.4).
