Interesting, Ralph. You have detected a required linkage between 2 of the
separate statements, making my proposed policy of being able to delete
individual items incorrect. I shall have to think about how to deal with
this in the future more successfully.
In the meantime, since Alan and Hal have both agreed to leave #2 intact, I
will proceed and publish the whole statement formally later today.
