[E-Lang] get, set, and dot

While I agree with most of Dean's points in abstract, in this case I'm
going the other way.  If you keep the setFoo notation, definitely fix
the capitalization and related sugaring problems, but leave the dot
notation alone, for two reasons:

1. Too many users of too many scripting languages know it.
2. The setFoo() notation becomes very cumbersome if the thing on the RHS
is a complex expression. It becomes an indentation and readability
problem.
