[E-Lang] Speaking of Look and Feel

Speaking of look and feel, I'm part way through a minor reorganization of 
the erights web site.  The main difference is that the index.html pages -- 
the inner nodes of the tree of pages -- are now more like a "table of 
contents", with introductory text moved elsewhere.  This change has happened 
to most of the site except the elang tree.  Please let me know what you think.
