Well no, not most.  The home page, most of the elib tree, history, and the 
top of the download tree.  Outside these, not much has changed.

Also, elib/data-pluribus has been moved to elib/distrib/vattp 
and elib/object-pluribus has been moved to elib/distrib/captp
