[E-Lang] John Gilmore's views on copy protection

John Gilmore has replied to a question asked of him by Ron Rivest regarding 
his views on copy protection. At the risk of straying off-topic and falling 
into a Bob Hettinga like role (no offense to Bob), I figured I ought to 
post this for general interests issues. It's especially relevant in the 
microcosm of an ongoing discussion Mark Miller (who is here in Toronto) and 
I have been having today.
