True. I was just pointing out that, if someone wants to experiment with E,
these issues should not deter them--we have some fairly clear indicators
that E works well enough for some pretty serious experiments even in the
presence of these problems.

Actually, I meant v0.10, i.e., whenever we have a comm system in E again.
