You start by identifying your market.  I think that this is the fundamental
problem with the various "what is good about E" threads, an ill-defined
target audience.  Are you trying to sell E to solo hackers working on small
projects (who can decide for themselves what tools or language will be used)
or are you trying to sell this to the project directors and managers of
larger programming efforts who decide what will be used for a particular
project? (we can ignore the "non-programmer writing her web page" market
because you are never going to get that particular user)

What appeals to zooko has almost no relevance to the decision-making process
of someone starting a project at Intuit or BofA.  Perhaps it would be better
to start by defining who you think you are selling to, coming up with
suggestions for marketing slogans and which features to pimp would be much
easier...
