[E-Lang] what is good about E?

I've been saying for a long time that I want an EROS system so I have a
safe place to run a browser.  (I recently ran a browser looking at local
copies of web pages with a fake network defined to MacOS 9 so it wouldn't
be able to access the imbedded URLs in the pages.)
