As much as I like the joke, your human email name really isn't a capability,
it's a name. Just as a counterexample, it's forgeable....
A matter of degree: guessing a few tens of bits (short email address)
instead of a few hundreds of bits (sturdyref)... but seriously, it was
supposed to be half joke and half truth. I do create new email
addresses for myself so that an address can be revoked if those who
know the address start spamming it. (I don't know how useful this
technique is, but am experimenting with it to find out.) People who
noticed my From: comment might guess that I do this, and might
interpret the hack as suggestive of another thing that might be nice
to do using real capabilities: controlling the ability of others to
communicate with one.
