Sorry -- I shouldn't have made it sound like MarkM's conversational style
silenced me.  What *really* happened was that I wasn't sure why the "implicit
parameter" argument sounded wrong to me (it wasn't until later that I thought
of the "all ordering is implicit parameter" counter-argument), and MarkM got
busy with CapTP and I got busy with Mojo Nation.
