In the current prototype of the powerbox, the app asks the powerbox to
request a file for them. The powerbox pops the open file dialog, presenting
the app's pet icon in the top left corner, a powerbox-defined title
including the app's pet name, and a justification field where the app gets
to explain to the user why it wants this file.
