AFAIK, yes.

Chris Hibbert successfully ported E 0.8.9t to Java 1.3 on Mac OS X, and he 
sent me all the necessary changes.  I will be integrating these changes into 
the next significant release of E.  I expect that, starting with E 0.8.10, 
Mac OS X will be one of the perpetually supported platforms.

I don't see why not but I have no idea.  I haven't done any servlet stuff.

Looks like you're covered on the Java 1.3 front.  I know nothing about Mac 
browsers.
