Slashdot is running an interesting story on how the Linux 2.4.2 kernel
is going to be using "capabilities".

At least the Linux capabilities faq they link to does a decent job
of explaining that there is a difference between the computer science
definition of capabilities and POSIX capabilities.

This is less than good but it might serve to spawn debate as to
what real capabilities are and why POSIX capabilities most certainly
are nowhere close.
