Sounds good.  Conceptually, VatTP could be unbundled, so we should keep our 
eye on that.  But I don't think it has the urgency that unbundling the VLS 
has.  I'll have the vattp.net site point at the VatTP work at erights.org.

Yes, I believe in 0.8.9, and in the upcoming 0.8.10, the comm system still 
tries to do a VLS-based lookup.  I certainly never removed or disabled that 
code.  I'm not sure about registration either, but I don't think so.
