We do have 3/4 people who make occasional contributions to E, which markm
folds into the system quite painlessly as nearly as I can tell. I'm sure
markm would be delighted to fold in other good contributions from other
people. I would like to extend steve's observation on this matter, and
propose that, if people made enough contributions to the code base by email
so that the current process started to break, then that would be the moment
at which it would be cost-effective (in terms of markm's time) to put up
anoncvs.

Or, is it possible for someone else to put up an anoncvs for E? This would
be a good and proper contribution to the project if it could be exported
like this :-)
