Anoncvs needs to be served from the same repository as CVS, to minimise
dicking around. But don't I remember that it is, in fact, Jon Shapiro
that does CVS for E, so I don't see why this costs Mark any time at all!
Also, BTW, the CVS server is capable of mailing commits, but ISTR Mark
declined that facility (also an important one for projects that want to
involve community, IMO).
