[E-Lang] Fwd: WebRing is Moving!

The site needs a dedicated domain rather than a page within some other
site. I will put up a permanent server machine in the next month for doing
that sort of thing (perhaps with an E server), but would perfectly happy if
someone else did that. Suggestions?
