I'll provide any help I can.
If you look at http://www.zilium.de/joerg/capbib.xml you'll see maintenance
of the page is an easy task since it is automatically generated.
(it was my first try getting in touch with XSLT :-/)
I could provide CVS accounts for all people willing to enhance this link list.
We could even reanimate the webring idea, XML is easy parseable.
(sombody bored enough to write the code?)
But i think Dean is right: this list deserves a much nicer URL.
(thats a disjunctive issue -- this host is under my contol, i could
host any domain you wish....)
Publishing our linklist as xml even allows anybody in the world to embed it
easily into his/her site.
