I don't think this is a serious issue regarding the page that replaces our 
webring hub, but it is a serious issue for the cvs repository.  Anyone know 
of a smooth way to mirror cvs repositories?

Regarding the website and packaged distributions, I talked to the person who 
runs cypherpunks.to, and I expect our mirror site there to be operational 
again soon.
