[E-Lang] Authority -- what is its dual?

To emphasize its dual nature, perhaps such an outward-only communication 
capability should be called a "Motor capability".  Besides Durability, such 
capabilities would be useful for achieving MLS, Bell LaPadula, or star
properties, should there be any value in doing so.

Note: E has no plans to primitively provide Sensory or Motor capabilities.  
Instead, E provides checkable manifest immutability, as previously 
explained.  As a result, E's confinement stops at stage #2 of 
http://www.erights.org/elib/capability/factory.html , and provides both 
confinement and durability.
