Thanks.  Everyone, since capidl is an easily accessible sibling list, I 
don't think there's much reason to cross-post these messages about XML to 
both.  Since E washes its hand of XML, let's try to keep this on the capidl 
list.  Of course, if there is something E-relevant, please consider posting 
to e-lang as always.  Thanks.
