[e-lang] Announcing 0.8.29e: Persistence works again

You should stop using the previous 0.8.29 release candidates , as 
persistence didn't work because of unanticipated interactions with prior bug 
fixes. See 
https://bugs.sieve.net/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=125629&group_id=16380 
if you're interested. These are now fixed.

0.8.29* has now been road tested enough that, with the above bug fixed, we 
hereby declare 0.8.29e to be the new official release of E. Please let me 
know of any problems. Thanks.
