[e-lang] Quick comments needed on tgc draft

I'd like to let everyone know that Dean Tribble is now a co-author of the 
paper. He'll shortly be making a major editing pass over the currently written 
portion of the paper.

Besides acknowledging the contributions he'll shortly be making to the paper 
itself, this is also a way to acknowledge Dean's seminal contributions, by way 
of Joule, to the concurrency-control approach this paper explains.

Further private correspondence regarding the paper should be directed to both 
of us.
