[e-lang] E-on-CL progress, and request for information

Incomplete listing of significant changes since the first source 
announcement:

   * EIO In/OutStream 'wrappers' for implementing streams.
   * Updoc operates in the event loop model correctly, instead of 
running the event loop itself with various resulting oddities.
   * Barely-usable TCP socket support, if running under SBCL.
   * timer#whenPast/2 implemented.
   * Updoc now prints a summary line at the end reporting whether there 
were any failures.
   * interp#waitAtTop/1 works in Updoc.
   * Various code cleanup, small optimizations, bug fixes, and additions 
of missing methods.

Request:

I have received no feedback at all on E-on-CL as a functioning program.

Have you attempted to run it?

If it failed, what was the error?

If it ran, is there some particular missing feature (e.g. an IO 
operation) that prevents it being useful?

Is there anything you'd like to use E for that you can't do with any 
existing implementation due to lack of features?
