Thanks guys.

The problem seems to be specifically with <https://www.cypherpunks.to/>. Using
http instead of https works fine -- fine that is, modulo the lack of security.

I have updated the 0.8.35 & 0.8.36 download pages to use http links for now,
and I'm bcc'ing the webmaster on this message.
