[e-lang] Temporary disruption of mailing lists

We are in the process of migrating eros-os.org and coyotos.org to a new
home. I'm going to pre-migrate the data to minimize the duration of the
disruption, but at some point today eros-os.org will appear to be down
for 1-2 hours.

After that point, the lists will be hosted on a new machine. I will
arrange to forward submissions from the old machine until the DNS
changes propagate.

With a bit of luck, the disruption really will be just an hour or two
delay in email propagation.
