[e-lang] Proposal: deprecate "rcvr" in favor of "ref"

Ok, I agree that "ref" isn't the answer, but I also don't like any of the 
alternatives proposed so far. Pending a better idea, the current SVN head has 
gone back to using "rcvr", but also reserves safe scope bindings for "ref" and 
"nocall". All other uses of the identifier "rcvr" in the source tree have been 
changed to something else, so when we do decide what we want instead, it'll be 
easy to fix.
