This URL now works for me. If I understand things correctly, it'll be three 
days before we can be sure it'll work for everyone.

I have checked into the SVN head for the erights.org site pointers to the 
above URL, but I haven't yet updated the site under the assumption that I need 
to wait these three days.  Is this right?

James, is it possible to configure your Apache so that

     http://wiki.erights.org/

takes us to the wiki's home page as well? Thanks!
