I have no *fixes*. I do have a script (esrc/scripts/macify-swt.e)  
which wraps an E program in the necessary application bundle to meet  
the Mac's requirements for GUI applications.

This makes some of the SWT programs work somewhat. The remaining  
problems require more understanding of SWT than I have at the moment.

Regarding macify-swt.e, I see that the version in the repository  
doesn't have my latest additions; I'll prepare to update it.

I also notice that it has CRLF line endings. I'll be adding svn:eol- 
style native to macify-swt.e. Nearly every file in the repository  
probably *should* have it set to native.
