[e-lang] E-language wikipedia entry info request

I'm interested who wrote the first paragraph of wikipedia entry for E 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_programming_language). I want to copy 
first paragraph of it to document with unclear for now license for 
glossary entry. Currently the description is too short 
(http://etl.sourceforge.net/etl-java-0_2_0/doc/ETL-specification.html#elang). 
I want to get permission from the author.

Possibly erights.org should have a short one-paragraph description of 
the E language like one provided at the wikipedia site with explicit 
permission to copy if a reference to original is provided or even simply 
public domain text. FDL license constraints are unacceptable for most 
documents that need such short description.
