There are HTML errors (mainly the 'H' after '</head>', I think) that prevent
this from being rendered correctly by Firefox.
<http://www.info.ucl.ac.be/~fsp/scollardocmain.html> renders OK, although it
also has an error and warnings. I suggest HTML Tidy.

Sorry not to be making any more substantive comments; I think SCOLLAR's approach
has a lot of potential.
