[e-lang] Source control for E?

After Dean's initial message, I haven't seen any discussion of IDE support.
Since Eclipse has become the dominant open meta IDE platform, and since it is
built to support integrated use of version control plugins, I tried to figure
out which of the version control systems we're discussing are already
supported by Eclipse plugins. If we ever build a serious IDE for E, I'm
guessing we'll probably build it as an Eclipse plugin. (Perhaps after taming
the Eclipse plugin interface.)

CVS:
Lots, but I think we all agree CVS is disqualified on other grounds

Subversion:

Perforce:

Darcs:

Monotone:
I couldn't find any.

Unfortunately, the only one of these I have any experience with is the only
one not relevant: A CVS plugin for Eclipse (which, btw, worked very well). If
anyone does have any experience or opinions about any of these, or knows of
any worth looking at that I've left out, please speak up. Thanks.
