[e-lang] Wiki Software

OK, that took longer than expected, but wasn't too painful...

I've set up a wiki site for erights.org.

Here's the URL:

	http://www2.deltamobile.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

The box itself is:

	Celeron 400MHz
	128MB SDRAM
	6GB hard drive
	2x Intel EtherExpress 10/100 cards

I'll try to scrounge up a faster box in the next month or so. The box
is also providing Internet connectivity for guest WLAN access, and a SSL
website for our company. That'll get moved away at some point.

Good news is that it's on a UPS. Bad news is that I have to compile
apcupsd myself, because it isn't in the OpenBSD ports library. :-)

The software:

	OpenBSD 4.0
	PHP 5.1.4 (hardened)
	MySQL 5.0.22
	MediaWiki 1.8.2

... so basically, all the latest stuff.

We're using the OpenBSD Apache, chroot'ed to /var/www.

I've been trying to upload images, but that isn't working yet.

I can easily move the virtual host name in the Apache configuration to
something like wiki.erights.org after someone points that hostname to
66.92.131.131.

Let me know what you think.
