Image uploading is now working.  The chroot needs /tmp too.  See the 
sandbox for an example of referencing an image into a page.

You will need to be a logged in user to upload images, so you'll need to 
create an account.

Please don't use a password for the wiki that you're using somewhere 
else (like a bank account).

Also, there is a license blurb for the contents of the wiki at the 
bottom of each page.  I selected the GNU FDL because I had to pick 
something.  However, there are other options like Creative Commons.

If/when there is a consensus for the license, I'll change it.

I haven't started backing up the database yet, but I'll get to that 
shortly, and let people know.

If there is some agreement to the site theme (there are a few available) 
I can change the default.

If someone else is feeling ambitious, send me diffs.
