Things are going well, it seems.

I think the only remaining issue is if there is a way to automatically 
create links between the subpages.  So you can flip through the sections 
like a book.

[[Walnut/Ordinary Programming/Hello World]] should link to 
[[Walnut/Ordinary Programming/Data Types and Control Flow]], for example.

It may be possible to do this with a script.  Or otherwise we'll start 
having to add them by hand.  But before we go making changes by hand, 
let's look for a nice navigation bar template.

I've been looking at some of the completed books at 
http://en.wikibooks.org, but most of the ones I've looked at so far 
don't seem to have optimal in-browser navigation.

Here's one that does.  What do you think of this one:
