[e-lang] Course paper on security in Python (using object-capabilities) now online

MarkM has told me that when I had something for general consumption on
my security work with Python and object-capabilities I should send an
email to this list.  So here is the email.  =)

I wrote a paper for a computer security course that discusses the work
I have been up to.  It's available at
http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~drifty/papers/python_security.pdf .  Please
realize this was for a grad course, complete with an eight page limit,
so I didn't go into as much detail as I might like to have.  But it
gives a reasonable overview of the design.  It was written for a
non-Python audience so even if you don't have a background with the
language you should (hopefully) still be able to basically understand
it.
