That's correct. Sorry I didn't catch that earlier. You can actually
see this far-ref-question diagrammed too subtly at
<http://www.erights.org/elib/distrib/captp/resolving.html> as the
small light purple half circle in the upper middle of the diagram.
Note also the legend farther down the page.

Unfortunately, for the small shapes (redirectors and far refs to
redirectors), to keep line crossings from making the diagram
unreadable, the only clue about which table they are entered in is
their color. The clue that they are not entered into the table that
they are adjacent to is only that their lines cross under these tables
rather than above them. Sorry for the terrible obscurity.
