[e-lang] Prior usage of "exit" as non-keyword

I'm working on updating Den to work with recent E versions. I find  
that it used "exit" as a noun, but that word recently became a  
keyword for trinary-define.

I'm not exactly suggesting a change; I just want to make this known.

"Exit" in the room-based world sense is used widely through Den's  
code; there happened to be very few mentions of it as a noun by  
itself, as opposed to "matchedExit", "exitBehavior", etc, in this  
version of the code.
