Well, OK.  The experiment with anonymous editing on the ERights wiki has 
ended.  In failure.

The amount of spam posted anonymously, versus the amount of useful 
content created by anonymous users (none, in our case) (*) does not 
warrant continuing to allow anonymous edits.

So you must be logged in to create / edit pages, upload files, etc.

Please let us know if you run into any problems creating an account for 
yourself.

(*) There are some anonymous edits by me, when I couldn't be bothered to 
log in.
